2019: Youths Endorse Ajibola Basiru For Osun Central Senatorial District

Less than 24 hours to the primary of the All Progressives Congress, APC, for Osun Central senatorial district, youths of the senatorial district have endorsed Dr Ajibola Basiru as the best man for the job.
The youths under the aegis of Osun Central Progressive Youth Front while addressing press men, disclosed that they had assessed all the aspirants for the post and concluded that Basiru was the most competent.
The youths described Basiru who is the State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, as the most popular, accepted and industrious of the aspirants vying for the post.
“We of the Osun Central Progressive Youth Front having reviewed the State of the nation vis a vis the present moribundity have come to the conclusion that effective legislation is critical to the sustenance and stability of our democracy and the development of our Nation.”
“The current political trend dictates that the National assembly should be peopled by Sincere, honest, vibrant, articulate, people centered personalities.
“We have observed political activities in Osun Central Senatorial District with keen interest and after an intensive research across the length and breadth of the senatorial District, Ajibola Basiru emerged as the only credible option for us as youths who are critical stakeholders in the future of our Senatorial District.
“Ajibola Basiru has been the only candidate from the central that worked beyond mere posting and pasting of posters. He has a clear agenda which is well articulated in his pact with the people of the senatorial District. This portrays him as the most committed aspirant to party ideals and the most prepared for the job.
“Ajibola Basiru has practically demonstrated his passion for inclusiveness of the marginalized strata of the society as evident by been the driving force of youth inclusion in governance structures across and beyond the senatorial District. He has also been a staunch advocate for Social and economic justice for the downtrodden as evidenced by his empathetic and philanthropic gestures.
“Osun central deserves the best and we cannot afford to take chances with key decisions relating to our future, we hereby adopt Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru as our Senatorial candidate for Osun Central Senatorial District.”
The youths thereby enjoined party leaders and all stakeholders to do the needful and ensure Basiru becomes the party’s candidate for the senatorial district.
