2023: Tinubu’s Campaign Adverts Surface In London (Photos)

The race for who succeeds President Muhammadu Buhari as president of the most populous black nation in the world has begun in grand style.

In far away London, the posters of the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu were seen displayed.

In a viral video, shared by Arise TV on Monday, images of the APC leader, who is recuperating in London, were on display at some train stations.

Tinubu’s photographs could be seen plastered on the walls and escalator at some of the stations in the video.

The sponsors of the effort as seen in the video are members of Nigeria Diaspora for Asiwaju (NDA).

Some of the messages in the adverts read, “Asiwaju for 2023′, “Call to Serve, Let’s Go”, “Asiwaju the right man for the job”, “Yes We can”, “Asiwaju Ready to serve”.

It is not yet clear if Tinubu is interested in running for president as he has not declared interest in contesting the position.

Recently the governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu, who doubles as Chairman of the Southern Governors Forum said they are waiting for the return of Asiwaju before deciding who to support for the 2023 elections.
