About eight people have died from a fire outbreak in the Southern Russian Black Sea resort city of Sochi.
City officials report that at least three others were brought to the hospital with burns. According to the city administration, the dead and injured were all foreign workers from Central Asia.
The fire broke out in the early hours of Monday and took two hours to be extinguished.
The cause of the fire was initially unclear. According to news agency Interfax, the building served as accommodation for foreign workers and most of the dead were found in a cafe on the ground floor.
Local authorities have started investigations into the fire.
