Easter: Fabayo Calls For Peace, Says Am Not Working For Any Godfather
A young aspirant for the State of Osun House of Assembly, Olalekan Fabayo has called on the people of his constituency to uphold each other in common humanity and pray for peace and progress in the land.
Fabayo made this appeal in his Easter message, said the celebration symbolized the triumph of hope the death and resurrection of Jesus christ to mankind.
The media practitioner said Easter is a period to rededicate once life as christ taught us by sacrificing his life for all.
Fabayo assured the people of Ila state constituency that whatever challenges facing the council would soon be overcome urging them to pray harder for divine intervention in the land.
Olalekan Fabayo who is vying to represent ila state constituency in the coming general election dismissed as untrue the insinuation in some quarters that is been used by some popular politicians.
“I am a young person and I feel this is a clarion call for all the youths to come together. If we can all come together, we can make a difference. We are youths and this is our time.
“Our past leaders have done their best, let the youths come and let’s see what they can actually do to bring about even distribution of economic goods and services. My main motive of going into politics is to serve my people; to bring about the dividends of democracy to the doorsteps of the people. I don’t have any Godfather and nobody is using me,” he said.
