The Governor, State of Osun, Mr. Gboyega Oyetola has admonished Corp members to eschew anything that is detrimental to their health.
The Governor gave the admonition while addressing a total number of two thousands, one hundred and ninety-six batch ‘A’ Corp members who have completed their three weeks orientation camping.
The parade held at the permanent orientation camp of the National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) Ede has in attendance stakeholders of the NYSC and State executives.
Governor Gboyega Oyetola encouraged them to be loyal, committed and put to practice all disciplines acquired while on camp and take seriously all the security tips they’ve been given during camping.
Governor Oyetola also used the occasion to restated his administration’s commitment to the welfare and security of lives and properties of the citizens.
Earlier in his farewell address, the State Coordinator of the NYSC, Mr. Emmanuel Danjuma Atta has enjoined the Corp members to be good ambassadors wherever they are posted to.
Mr. Atta also applauds the efforts of Governor Oyetola for prompt payment of workers full salaries, Rehabilitation of roads across the state, rejuvenation of all the 332 Primary Health Care Centres in the state among others.
Governor Gboyega Oyetola receives a medal of singular appreciation for his fatherly role.
Awards were also presented to outstanding instructors and Corp members.
