A front line community leader in the State of Osun and Permanent Secretary, State Universal Basic Education Board, Alhaji Fatai Kolawole, has joined other leaders of thoughts, friends and families to felicitate with the immediate past Governor of the State, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola who turns 62nd on Saturday May 25th, 2019.

Kolawole made this known today in a press statement sent to newsmen in Osogbo, the state capital.

The Osun educationist described Aregbesola as an uncommon builder who is known for resounding successes and many people-oriented programmes as Governor of the State, just like the late Chief Obafemi Awolowo..

The SUBEB boss said, “Ogbeni is not just a visionary leader as people do say but also an inspiring person who believes everyone if effectively managed and given an enabling environment can be of great value to the society, the result is what we are all seeing today, from education to healthcare, security and community peace among others”.

” For some of us that had the rare privilege of working closely with him while in office, Ogbeni is a thinker with full of refined ideas, it was always difficult to leave him even after sorting out the official exercise with him as each second with him, we always learn greatly from him”

“Ogbeni left many legacies in Osun and his huge investment in education, human capital development, and physical infrastructure among many others are currently showing off as evident in the emerging sterling performances of public schools students, this is not only the beginning but a clear pointer to what to expect in the nearest future, all these are also a litmus test of the efficacy of his educational reforms”.

“Happily enough, the man in the saddle today, Governor Gboyega Oyetola is calmly and scientifically building on these enduring legacies”

“I wish him continuous robust health, peace of mind and many fruitful years on Earth,” Kolawole concluded.
