Eid-el-Kabir: Adeoti Greets Oyetola, Muslims

A prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the State of Osun and former Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Moshood Olalekan Adeoti has congratulated the State Governor, Alhaji Isiaq Adegboyega Oyetola and Muslims across the state and the country in general for the grace to celebrate another Eid-el-Kabir.

This was contained in a press statement he personally signed and made available to journalists in Osogbo, the state capital.

According to him, the celebration of the Muslim festival should be seen by all adherents of the faith as a time for sober reflection in view of the sacrifice offered by Prophet Ibrahim who was instructed by Allah to offer his only son to Him as sacrifice only to trbe replaced by same Allah with a ram.

Alhaji Adeoti therefore admonished all Muslims on the need to stand and walk rightly with Allah in their daily living.
“I also want to charge all my Muslim brothers and sisters on the need to walk right with Allah,” he stated.

He further charged all residents of the state on the need to continue in their prayers for the overall development of the state in particular and the country in general.

The prominent APC chieftain also spared time in his congratulatory message to charge all in position of authority to put the interest of the people above personal gains.

“I want to use this opportunity to charge all in position of authority to put the interest of the masses above personal gains,” he stressed.
