English football club, Everton FC has announced the sacking of manager, Rafael Benitez after a poor run of form.
The team decided Norwich FC who is bottom of the Premiership Log defeated Everton on Saturday.
Everton is now 16th on the log, 6 points from the relegation zone.
The team announced the sacking of Benitez via a statement on its website, “Everton Football Club can confirm the departure of Rafael Benitez as First Team manager.
“Benitez, who joined Everton in June 2021, has left the club with immediate effect.
“An update on a permanent replacement will be made in due course.”
