The warning strike embarked upon by members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) ends tomorrow Monday.
Recall that ASUU had earlier gone on a month warning strike on February 14 this year, and extended it by another eight weeks which now comes to an end on Monday, May 9, 2022.
Tweeting through its official Twitter handle @ASUU_NGN, the union said:
“The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) will end its warning strike tomorrow (Monday), 9th of May 2022, as considerations on indefinite strike commence.
“More details to follow.”
Sources said the national leadership of the union would make public its decision on Monday.
