I Will Still Defeat You In Court, Adeleke Tells Oyetola
The state of Osun Governor-elect, Sen. Ademola Adeleke has reacted to the outgoing Governor, Isiaka Oyetola’s petition filed to the tribunal.
Sen. Adeleke who was declared winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission at the July 16, Osun Governorship election said he is confident of victory at the tribunal and even beyond.
Speaking through his spokesman, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, he stated that the July 16th election was one of the most transparent election in recent Nigerian history, and no amount of trick can take away the people’s mandate freely given.
He urge the good people of the state who voted massively to reject bad governance to remain calm.
He stressed that needful is currently being done to defend their mandate.
“We will do all within our powers to ensure judicial validation of our victory as this is an election globally certified as a great advancement in electoral transparency and integrity”, the statement reads.
