Nigerian Actress, Aunty Ramota Allegedly In Coma After Failed BBL Surgery
Nigerian actress, Ramota Adetu, popularly known as Aunty Ramota is allegedly in a state of coma after she reportedly underwent a Brazillian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery to enhance her physique.
According to reports, Aunty Ramota fell into a coma on Saturday, June 8th, 2024, after the BBL surgery in a hospital in Ikorodu, Lagos State.
The small-sized social media sensation reportedly went under the knife to enhance her butt after a lady offered to sponsor the surgery.
Sadly, the procedure suffered complications that led to her being in a coma. Videos circulating online show Ramota in a hospital bed with an Oxygen mask attached to her face.

The family source who claimed to be Ramota’s sister, said the lady who sponsored the surgery took off after finding out it didn’t go well.
BBL surgery is a popular cosmetic procedure designed to improve the buttocksโ shape and size by transferring fat from other parts of the body.
Her management is yet to confirm or deny the report.
Nollywood actresses Toyin Tomato and Etinosa Idemudia have reacted to a viral video showing their colleague, Aunty Ramota, in a hospital following a BBL surgery.
Meanwhile, there has been mixed reactions from other Nollywood actresses, with some believing the incident to be a skit, while others are genuinely concerned and hoping for her swift recovery.
Toyin Lawani commented, โItโs a skit, forget. Iโm not even falling for this. Iโm just imagining how it will look on her legs. I know itโs a joke though. No doctor will do that to her; they would be jailed. Itโs not ethical because of her condition.โ
Toyin Tomato simply wrote, โItโs a skit.โ
Etinosa Idemudia expressed her hopes for Aunty Ramotaโs recovery, writing, โNothing will happen to my Twinnie in Jesus name.”
“Letโs hope this is not some kind of prank oo, because itโs looking more serious”, she noted.
