Osun 2026: Omoluabi Progressives Team Visits Senator Ogunwale In Osogbo
As political activities ahead of the 2026 governorship election in Osun State begin to gather momentum, the Omoluabi Progressives State Coordinating Team (SCT) has paid a courtesy visit to a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Distinguished Senator Felix Kolawole Ogunwale, popularly known as Jumokol.
The delegation, led by the State Chairman of the group, Alhaji Issa Adesiji Azeez, visited Senator Ogunwale at his residence in the Government Reserved Area (GRA), Osogbo.
In a brief interaction during the visit, the team expressed their admiration for the leadership style and political experience of Senator Ogunwale, describing him as a pillar of strength for the ADC in Osun State and a beacon for progressive politics.
Alhaji Azeez noted that the visit was aimed at strengthening internal relationships within the party structure, while also seeking the guidance of elder statesmen like Jumokol as the party prepares for the political tasks ahead.
Senator Ogunwale expressed delight at the visit, charging the team to remain focused, disciplined and united in their pursuit of a better Osun.
He emphasised the need for consistency and loyalty to party ideals, urging the group not to relent in their efforts to mobilise support across the grassroots.
