Turaki Leads PDP Delegation To Obasanjo
The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Tanimu Turaki (SAN), has arrived the residence of former President Olusegun Obasanjo in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Turaki, in company of some executive members of his faction of the National Working Committee (NWC) of PDP, arrived at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL) at exactly 11:27 am on Saturday.
Also in his company are former Governor of Niger State, Babangida Aliyu, former Governor of Plateau, Jonah Jang, among other party leaders.
He was received by the State Chairman, Abayomi Tella. and other PDP leaders in the state.
The National Chairman immediately went into a closed-door meeting with Obasanjo.
It is expected that Turaki will discuss party issues with the former President.
