Ignore False Allegations of Forgery, Professional Misconducts Adopted To Deter Fight Against Criminal Land Grabbing
The Management, owner of the land, and NIPCO Filling Station, Osogbo/Ikirun Road, Osogbo, have dismissed as false, a narrative being pushed by some persons under the name ‘Judiciary Watch of Nigeria’ against the personality of its lawyer, Muhydeen Adeoye Esq (Galadima) over an alleged illegal attempt of some people to ‘criminally’ grab people’s land along Osogbo/Ikirun Road, Osogbo.
In a statement obtained by OSUN DEFENDER, the management stated that all the allegations against Galadima were false, untrue, and misleading and an attempt to silence his sound legal forces deployed into the matter to protect thousands of the people whose properties were almost grabbed by these land heists in 2025.
The statement read, “Our attention was brought to viral story released on social media platforms attempting to defame our counsel over his efforts to lawfully stop forceful grabbing of our property including NIPCO Filling Station along Osogbo/Ikirun Road, Osogbo.
“Contrary to false narrative being pushed by some unknown persons under the name ‘Judiciary Watch of Nigeria’ against the personality of Muhydeen Adeoye Esq (Galadima) and our persons over illegal attempt of some people to criminally grab people’s land along Osogbo/Ikirun Road, Osogbo. We categorically state that all the allegations are false, untrue, and misleading and an attempt to silence his sound legal forces deployed into the matter to protect thousands of the people whose properties were almost grabbed by these land heists in 2025.
“These people attempted to levy execution in respect of land covering over ‘strange 200 hectares’ within Osogbo on 30th April, 2025 claiming they got a court order to carry on the execution.
“This led the affected thousands of people to approach the court on several grounds including fraud allegations and on 3rd June, 2025 upon an application made by Muhydeen Adeoye Esq, Hon. Justice A. Oyebiyi stayed further execution on the land which included our property.
“These people ignored this injunction and went back until 5th August, 2025 when another judge, Hon. Justice S. O. Oke set aside the whole execution and restrained Mistura Busari and Lekan Alabi specifically in the Ruling from going on to the land any longer until the main judge would determine the main suit.
“Hon. Justice A. Oyebiyi who was the main judge and who initially granted the purported order for execution upon listening to several counsel including Galadima graciously set aside the entire orders on 17th September, 2025 putting to a complete end the alleged right to go onto the land any more. These are rulings duly certified as true copies by the court and available for the public.
“Surprisingly, these people returned to the land sometime in January 2026 and were reportedly said to have invaded some places including our NIPCO Filling Station.

“They stormed our vacant land and were grabbing same as much as they could.
“That led the owner of the land to commence contempt proceedings and file a fresh suit against the people joining the police as co-Defendant in the matter.
“The contempt proceedings being handled by the Law Firm of Mr. Adeoye Galadima has been assigned to a judge and a date given. That is believed pushed the people to rush to all social media looking for all ways to drag his reputation into mud.
“Mr. Adeoye Muhydeen Esq., Galadima is a reputable personality that fights against injustice. Thousands of the victims of these criminal acts are very much grateful for his legal intervention built on dodgedness and forthrightness.
“All the allegations are mere decoys to chase him away from defending the helpless and we believe the law will take its course in due time.
“Our Certificates of Occupancy already placed before the court are not only genuine but also duly certified as true copies by the Osun State Government. They are available for the public and their validity is never in contest.
“One is surprised that the people that are supposed to enter a defence to a suit ran to the media to raise spurious allegations against a counsel who does only his own duty by placing before the court issues for determination.
“The whole world already knows the truth and will never be swayed onto wrong paths over the blackmail. Several lawsuits are still pending against these land grabbers in which one is a criminal charge against them. The original and certified true copy of our certificates of Occupancy are intact and available for the public at the ministry. Thus, wild surprise arose when they alleged same were forged. Laughable!”
