- As Osun Accord Inaugurates Campaign Council Tomorrow
Barring any last minute change, the Accord party in Osun State will tomorrow, Wednesday, April 22, inaugurates its campaign committee for the August 15, 2026 governorship election in the state.
OSUN DEFENDER reliably gathered that the Senate Deputy Minority Leader, Senator Lere Oyewumi has been picked as the Director General of the campaign council while the state Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Kolapo Alimi is the Deputy Director General.
The spokesperson of the campaign council is Barrister Pelumi Olajengbesi.
