Osun ADC Governorship Candidate, Salaam Unveils Manifesto Today
The governorship candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Osun State, Najeem Folasayo Salaam, is set to publicly present his manifesto today as part of preparations for the August 15 governorship election.
According to a notice issued by the party’s Publicity Secretary-elect, Oluwaseun Abosede, the manifesto presentation will hold by 12 noon at the NUJ Conference Hall, beside Technical College, Iwo/Ibadan Road, Osogbo.
The party called on all its candidates and stakeholders to attend the event, stressing that the gathering would provide an opportunity for members to become familiar with the policy document and effectively communicate its contents to the electorate.
The statement noted that participants would be better positioned to speak on the manifesto and defend its proposals during engagements with voters across the state.
The unveiling is expected to outline Salaam’s vision, programmes and policy direction for Osun State ahead of the forthcoming governorship poll.
