Former Osun State Governor and ex-Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, has unveiled Ogbeni.com, an official digital platform created to preserve his public service record, leadership philosophy, and contributions to governance in Nigeria.

The unveiling was announced in a statement issued on Tuesday by Aregbesola’s spokesperson, Sola Fasure, who said the platform was designed as a permanent digital repository for the former governor’s ideas, policies, achievements and values cultivated over decades of public service.

According to the statement, the website seeks to document Aregbesola’s record in government and provide Nigerians, researchers, scholars, journalists, policymakers and the global community with verified information on his leadership journey.

It added that the platform showcases the former minister’s contributions in education reform, youth empowerment, infrastructure development, social protection, security and institutional reforms, which it described as being driven by his belief that government exists to improve the quality of life of the greatest number of people.

The statement explained that Ogbeni.com was built around four defining ideals — leadership, inspiration, mass prosperity and impact — which it said had shaped Aregbesola’s public life and governance philosophy.

It noted that beyond preserving historical records, speeches, policy documents, photographs and testimonials, the platform would also serve as a space for conversations on the future of governance in Nigeria and across Africa.

Fasure said, “Leadership should never be reduced to political rhetoric or electoral victories.

“Its true measure lies in the lives transformed, the institutions strengthened, and the opportunities created for generations yet unborn.

“Ogbeni.com preserves this journey as a contribution to history and as a source of inspiration for those who believe that public service remains one of humanity’s noblest callings.

“The platform has been established to preserve this record faithfully and make it accessible to Nigerians and the global community.

“It offers scholars, journalists, researchers, students, policymakers and citizens an authoritative repository of verified information on one of Nigeria’s most consequential public servants.

“With an extensive biography, speeches, policy documents, an impact dashboard, media gallery, fact-check centre, reflections, testimonials and channels for public engagement, Ogbeni.com is now live and accessible to audiences around the world,” the statement noted.
