Adeleke Set To Recover Vehicles Carted Away By Officials In Oyetola’s Administration
The Osun State Government has inaugurated a special task force for the recovery of government project vehicles/assets carted away by officials of the immediate past administration.
The inauguration of the committee followed the release of a white paper on the report of the Asset Recovery Committee set up by Governor Ademola Adeleke.
Chaired by the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Teslim Igbalaye, the committee was inaugurated on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, with the mandate to “ensure immediate recovery of government project vehicles/assets carted away by the officials of the immediate past administration.
The names of the committee members were revealed in a statement by the state government on Monday, February 19, 2024.
The Head of Service, Mr. Ayanleye Aina, while inaugurating the committee on behalf of the Governor, charged the panel to implement the report of the Asset Recovery Committee and retrieve all the state government assets discovered to have been carted away.
