AFCON: Super Eagles Fly Over Pharaohs Of Egypt

The Super Eagles of Nigeria Tuesday defeated the Pharaohs of Egypt to take all 3 points in the opening Africa Cup of Nations match of group D.

The Eagles took the lead in the 30th minute courtesy of Kelechi Iheanacho’s fine finishing.

Leicester City forward found the net after a precise pass from Rangers FC of Scotland Midfielder, Joe Aribo in the box.

The Eagles are now top of Group D with 3 points and 1 goal difference pending the second match of the group between Sudan and Guinea Bissau later tonight.
