Ahmed Musa Makes Russian League Team Of The Week
Super Eagles’ and CSKA Moscow forward, Ahmed Musa has been included in the Russian League Team of the Week after his scintillating performance against FK Krasnodar over the weekend.
The on-loan Leicester City forward grabbed a brace for Moscow when they overturned a 1-0 deficit to win 2-1, thus keeping his Russian outfit firm in the race for the league title.
Musa had a game rating of 8.8, having scored twice from his three shots on target and is joined by fellow teammate Aleksandr Golovin whilst the duo of Zenit St. Petersburg’s Leandro Panedes and Daler Kuzyaev also made the cut.
The Eagles’ winger has now scored three league goals since returning on loan from Leicester, whilst adding a further two assists to his name.
