Akeredolu Welcomes Oke Back To APC

Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State has formally welcomed the candidate of the Alliance for Democracy in the last governorship election in the state Olusola Oke back to the Ruling APC.

At the event held in Akure, the state capital, Governor Akeredolu hailed the decision of Oke to return to the progressives party alongside other Governorship candidates.

He assured that the party’s door is always open to everyone willing to be part of a political party with the interest of the people at heart

Earlier, Olusola Oke had told Akeredolu of his readiness to be of support to his administration towards having a successful tenure and the development of the state.

He said the only thing he and other members defecting from the AD seek,is respect and will in return give their loyalty and unalloyed support.

The Acting Chairman of the APC in the state Ade Adetimehin advised all defectors to go to their various wards and obtain membership card so as to authenticate their membership.
