The Akire of Ikire land in Irewole local government area of Osun, Oba Olatunde Falabi has reportedly passed away.
Reports said the monarch passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2026, with the circumstances surrounding his death yet to be known.
Oba Falabi celebrated his 91st birthday in January, 2026.
There has not been an official statement on the death of the monarch.
