Activist and social media influencer Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, on Thursday morning, appeared at the Ikeja High Court, Lagos State for the hearing of his case with legal luminary Femi Falana SAN and his son, Folarin Falana.
The social media activist, who wore a red attire was greeted by supporters who came to the court in numbers.
Osun Defender reports that VeryDarkMan is having a running battle with the Falana’s over an alleged audio by controversial cross dresser, Idris Okuneye, popularly called Bobrisky.
Bobrisky had, in an audio recording which was exposed by VeryDarkMan, alleged that Falana and his son, Folarin Falana, had contacted her during her six-month sentence for naira abuse, reportedly offering to secure her a presidential pardon for ₦10 million.
Bobrisky, however, has since denied the recording’s authenticity and threatened legal action against Otse, accusing him of defamation.

VeryDarkMan was later charged to court after vowing not to apologise to the Falana’s.
In a post yesterday on Instagram, Verydarkman shared that he had arrived in Lagos with his legal representative, Deji Adeyanju, ahead of the court hearing.
