Osun state police command has arraigned a 24 year old man, Olatunbosun Kolawole before an Osogbo magistrate court over alleged murdered.
The charge sheet read in the court revealed that the accused person being the driver of a Toyota Camry car with registration number LSR 674EM, drove same vehicle in a dangerous manner, having no regards to circumstances of the road.
The charge sheet stated further that the accused person drove on the public highway in a manner which led to the death of one Tosin Ayodele, 28, of Adeyemo street, Ogo-oluwa area, Osogbo.
The offence committed, the charge sheet revealed is contrary to and punishable under section 27 of RTA cap 115 vol. 6 law of Osun state, Nigeria, 2003.
According to the charge sheet, the accused person committed the offence at Boredun village, Osogbo on September 13, 2018.
However, the accused person pleaded not guilty to the two count charges preferred against him.
The defence counsel, Mr. Chibueze Collins prayed the court to grant the accused person bail in the most affordable and liberal terms and assured the court that he will provide a reliable surety if granted.
Presiding magistrate, Mr. Olusegun Ayilara admitted the suspect to bail in the sum of N500,000 with one surety, the surety must be resident in Osogbo and he must be a civil servant.
