Operatives of Osun Western security network coded “Amotekun” at Asamu in Ola-Oluwa local government area of osun, have nabbed a notorious house burglar simply identified as Ajibola Lateef.
It was gathered that the house burglar who has been terrorizing the two town in the local government, Asamu and Telemu with charms and other dangerous weapon, the leaopard against him when Amotekun was contacted by one of the residents of the town when he wanted to perpetrate his evil act, he was caught by Amotekun and has been handed over to the nearest police station.
It was learnt that he was arrested when he is trying to sneak into the house of one of the residents of Asamu when the leopard against him.
The field commander of Osun Amotekun Corps, Amitolu Shittu, confirmed the development.
Amitolu further said that the suspects were handed over to the nearest police station which is investigating the crime.
According to him, “He was arrested by the operatives of Amotekun after receiving distress call from the residents of the town. He later confessed to the crime.
“He told us he has been terrorizing the two town in the local government, Asamu and Telemu with charms and dangerous weapon and he do take away all their belongings and also involved in stealing wires and cables”.
