The Lagos State government on Thursday said it has uncovered another illegal apartment under the Osborne Bridge in Ikoyi.
The state Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, disclosed this on Thursday in a post on X with videos.
Osun Defender had reported that 86 partitioned rooms, sized 10×10 and 12×10, were discovered on Wednesday under the Dolphin Estate Bridge, Ikoyi, Lagos Island.

Occupants of the apartment were said to be paying N250,000 per annum.
Wahab wrote, “Another illegal settlement was discovered under the Osborne Bridge, Ikoyi.
“Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps #LAGESCOfficial (KAI) commenced immediate clearance operation.”
