Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing Sunday and actor, Kehinde Adams, (Lege Miami) have both been suspended by the national body of actors, Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN).
Nkechi Blessing had dragged Lege Miami over a comment he made over Baba Ijesha’s rape saga, although Lege later apologized after being dragged for his utterances.
However, Nkechi failed to stop insulting him, as she addressed him as a classless idiot and illiterate.
In a statement signed by Demola Olatunji, Chairman of TAMPAN Guild, the Guild directed all guilds under the body to henceforth desist from having any professional dealings with Nkechi Blessing or Lege Miami until further notice over their continued “dirty fighting” on social media, creating a bad image for our noble profession.
This punitive order becomes imperative to redeem our battered image.
Their suspension simply means no movie producer under TAMPAN can invite either of them for any movie role until further notice.
