Babayemi Clinches ADP Osun West Senatorial Ticket
Omooba Dotun Babayemi has won the Osun West Senatorial Ticket of the Action Democratic Party ADP.
In an election which held at the One Hundred and Ten Wards that make up Osun West District, Omooba Babayemi was voted unanimously voted to contest next February’s National Assembly election under the platform of the Action Democratic Party ADP.
Speaking with newsmen at the Osun West Action Democratic Party secretariat in Iwo, The party’s candidate in the just concluded governorship election in the state of Osun, Alhaji Moshood Adeoti expressed his satisfaction with the conduct of the party’s primary.
Alhaji Adeoti who described the system that led to the choice of Omooba Dotun Babayemi as purely democratic said that Action Democratic Party will not give chance to imposition.
He implored residents of Osun West Senatorial District to support the party for more democratic dividends.
Speaking the Chairman of the Action Democratic Party ADP in the State of Osun, Mr Toye Akinola described the political party as peaceful.
According to him, the party’s candidate in Osun West District, Omooba Dotun Babayemi has been carefully selected to bring succour to the people of the senatorial district of supported to win the final election in 2019.
Responding, A.D.P candidate in Osun West district, Omooba Dotun Babayemi appreciated the love showered on him by people of his constituency.
According to the Gbongan Prince, programmes and projects that will add meaning to the lives of his people will be paramount to him if he is supported to win the election
Omooba Babayemi also sought the need for people of Osun West to look inward and vote him in the February 2019 election.
