The Abuja Division of the Appeal Court has dismissed an appeal seeking to challenge the candidature of Muhammadu Buhari for the position of President on the basis of academic qualifications.
In a unanimous judgment, the three-man panel led by Justice Tinuade Komolafe-Wilson dismissed the suit.
The suit was filed by Labaran Ismail, Kalu Kalu and Hassy Kyari el-Kurius and had earlier been dismissed by the Abuja Federal High Court
