The suit filed by the suspended national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Uche Secondus, seeking an interim injunction to restrain the PDP from conducting its national convention has been thrown out.
The PDP had scheduled its National Convention for Abuja for Saturday 30th October 2021.
Delivering the judgment, Justice Gabriel Kolawale of the Appeal Court sitting in Port Harcourt dismissed the appeal for lacking in merit.
The judgment was unanimously endorsed by the other two members of the panel.
