Breaking: Saraki, Ahmed Leave APC

The Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki has left the All Progressives Congress APC.

Saraki made the announcement on his verified twitter handle.

The tweet sighted on @bukolasaraki said “I wish to inform Nigerians that, after extensive consultations, I have decided to take my leave of the All Progressives Congress (APC).”

In the meantime, the Kwara State Governor, Alhaji Abdfatah Ahmed has also announced his defection from the ruling party.

In the same vein, the National Publicity Secretary of the APC, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi has followed suit in returning to his former party.
