BREAKING: Shehu Shagari Dies At 93

Nigeria’s former President, Shehu Shagari has died at the age of 93.

This was revealed by his grandson on his Twitter handle.

Alhaji Shehu Shagari

Shagari was elected Nigeria’s President in 1979, defeating Obafemi Awolowo.

He was President from 1979 to 1983.
