Breaking: Supreme Court Dismisses Oni’s Case Against Fayemi

The Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed the eligibility case instituted by a former Governor of Ekiti State, Engr Segun Oni against the eligibility of Governor Kayode Fayemi to contest the primaries of the APC preceding the 2018 governorship election in the state.

The Court also awarded the sum of N1 million naira damages against Oni.
