The Confederation of African Football (CAF) have sent their good wishes to Nigerian forward Sone Aluko who clocks 29 on Monday.
CAF sent the birthday greetings via their verified twitter handle
“Happy 29th birthday to Nigerian International, Sone Aluko,” CAF wrote.
Currently with Championship club Reading, Aluko has featured for clubs like Aberdeen, Hull City, Blackpool, Rangers and Fulham.
Aluko was introduced in the second half when Hull lost 3-2 to Arsenal after extra-time in the final of the 2014 FA Cup.
He made his Super Eagles debut in May 29, 2009 in a friendly game against Republic of Ireland which ended 1-1. He has seven caps for the Eagles, scoring two goals.
Also, he was in the Flying Eagles squad under Samson Siasia that got to the second round of the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Egypt.
