Chaos as Police Teargas #EndBadGovernment Protesters in Abuja (Photos, Videos)

Police officers on Thursday morning used tear gas to disperse #EndBadGovernment protesters near Eagles Square in Abuja.

Leaders of the protest has left Moshood Abiola National Stadium designated by the Minister of FCT, Nyesom Wike, after pro-government protesters arrived in buses number obver 100.

However, upon seeing the protesters who had matched from the stadium to the Federal Secretariat just beside the eagle square, police officers attempted to persuade them to leave the area. When that failed, they released tear gas canisters into the air to make the area unsuitable for the protest.

Despite the tear gas canisters being fired, the protesters continued marching, singing, and waving the national flag along with various placards. However, it turned video with Police shooting teargas directly at the protesters and dispersing them.

The protesters who ran helter skater were very orderly and determined to expressed their mood insisting they will go into the Eagle Square.

On the Kubwa end of the expressway, protesters where seen matchin towards the city centre. Some where violent and the police is trying to control the situation.
