The Senior Special Assistant on National Assembly Matters to President Muhammadu Buhari has joined millions of well wishers to celebrate Chief Bisi Akande on his birthday. The former governor of Osun Smand former Acting National Chairman of APC just turned 84.
In his message to felicitate with the celebrant, Senator Babajide Omoworare described Chief Akande as father of progressives in Nigeria. “I wish our quintessential leader with the most contemporary ubiquitous influence on our progressive leaning – Baba Bisi Akande – happy birthday and many happy returns.” Omoworare said.
Going further, Omoworare prayed that God will grant Baba Bisi Akande longevity to witness improvement of good governance in Nigeria. “God Almighty, that has given you the grace of longevity, will endure your life in good health to enable you continue to reap the fruit of your labour and witness the emergence of your protégé and mentee that would change the fortune of our dear fatherland Nigeria exceedingly for good, Amen.” he said.
He went further to implore all lovers of progressive politics to draw inspiration from integrity conscious living, life and leadership style of Chief Akande to Vote all candidates of the APC in the 2023 elections especially Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Kasim Shettima who he described as capable hands to move Nigeria forward.
“Victory for the All Progressive Congress Candidates in the forthcoming 2023 election will be a perfect birthday gift for Baba Akande and I enjoin all party members and patriotic Nigerians to give the Tinubu/Shettima ticket and all candidates of the APC their votes for victory to move Nigeria forward.” Omoworare said.
