Confusion Over Board Appointment By Gov Adeleke In Osun
Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has admitted an error in the announcement of ace broadcaster Olusola Ajala as his Special Adviser on Diaspora.
Osun Defender report that Adeleke had through his spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, announced the appointment of Ajala as the state diaspora focal officer, representing Osun State in tye board of Diaspora Commission.
But Rasheed in another statement today, backtracked, maintaining that Princess Adebimpe Koyi is the Osun State member for the Board of National Diaspora Commission.

According to Rasheed, “The earlier announcement of Mr Olusola Ajala as the state’s nominee on the Diaspora Commission is an error as Mr Ajala remains the Special Adviser to Mr Governor on Public Communications.
“Princess Koyi is consequently affirmed as the Osun’s representative on the board of the Diaspora Commission in line with her mandate as the Special Adviser to Mr Governor on Diaspora matters.”
The statement urged the Diaspora Commission, as well as local and International agencies, to take note.
