Council Managers Charged To Brazen Up Towards Development
Coordinating Director, Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Mr Ayobami Akinpelu, has charged Council Managers in the state to brazen up in their councils for the benefit of the citizenry.
According to a statement by the Information Officer of the ministry, Ademola Lawal, Akinpelu gave the charge at the maiden meeting of year 2019 with Council Managers of local governments in the state.
According to him, as the engine room for the government at grassroot level, they have ahead the enormous task for the success of the present administration, so that its vision would be achieved.
The Coordinating Director who described the Governor, Mr Gboyega Oyetola as a cool-headed achiever with good track record in private sector, which will aid the transformation of the state to higher level, implored members of the public to pay their tax rates, so that the people can enjoy dividends of democracy the more.
