Court Of Appeal Orders ASUU To Resume To Work
The Academic Staff Union of Universities has been ordered by the Court of Appeal to resume class.
Following the Appeal of ASUU that the NIC judgement which ordered it to resume be set aside, today, October 7, has been picked for the judgement after the two parties (ASUU & FG) could not agree on out-of-court settlement.
Justice Barka Hamma, of the Court of Appeal has ordered that the union resume class.
