Court Remands Pastor Enenche’s Brothers, Ex-Dunamis Pastor In Prison
A Magistrate Court sitting in Wuse Zone 6, Abuja, has remanded two siblings of Pastor Paul Enenche, the senior pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Church, alongside a former pastor of the church, Pastor Abraham Daniel, in Keffi Prison, Nasarawa State.
The two siblings, identified as Mr. Enenche Enenche and Alexander Enenche, were reportedly taken to the Keffi Custodial Centre of the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) on Monday evening after the Nigerian Police Force secured a remand order from the Magistrate Court.
Sources revealed that the three individuals had been invited by the Force Intelligence Department (FID) over allegations of cyberbullying and criminal defamation against Pastor Paul Enenche.
Upon honouring the police invitation on Monday, they were kept in custody before being transferred to the Keffi Prison later that evening.
It was gathered that this development followed an earlier report by SaharaReporters on January 8, which indicated that the Intelligence Department had released Mr. Enenche and Alexander Enenche on bail.

The duo, alongside Pastor Abraham Daniel, were arrested and detained on January 7, 2025, but were released the following day after an agreement to resolve the matter amicably.
Despite their release, the police instructed them to report to the FID on January 10 and January 13, respectively. Upon their appearance at the department on Monday, however, the police reportedly obtained a remand order to detain them.
A source disclosed that the remand order was secured without details of the magistrate or the duration of the detention being made available.
“The police claimed to have gotten an order from the Magistrate Court, Zone 6, Abuja, for their remand. Currently, the three of them have been taken to Keffi Prison,” the source revealed.
Meanwhile, reports indicate that a fundamental rights application is being prepared on behalf of the detainees. “We will likely file the application on Tuesday,” the source added.
