The charge sheet stated that the accused person conspired with others at large to commit felony murder and thereby committed an offense contrary to and punishable under section 324 of the criminal cap. 34 Vol. II laws of the Osun state of Nigeria 2002.

It further disclosed that the accused person unlawfully killed one Bintu Anifowose by shooting her with a gun which caused her death and committed an offense contrary to section 316 and punishable under section 319 (1) of the state criminal law 2002.

It further disclosed that the accused person is a member of an unlawful society, contrary to and punishable under section 516 of the state penal code.

It was said that the accused and others at large did engage themselves in an unlawful society named Black Axe confraternity and thereby committed an offense contrary to and punishable under section 64(a)(b) of the criminal code cap. 34 Vol. II laws of Osun state Nigeria 2002.

The prosecutor, inspector Fagboyinbo Abiodun told the court that mere looking at the charge sheet, the accused person was not the only one that committed the crime adding that others had earlier been arraigned before magistrate court 1 and the adjournment date is on the 6th of November, 2017.
