Court Remands Yahoo Boy For Raping Teenager To Death
A Kwara State Magistrate Court sitting in Ilorin has remanded a 19-year-old old, Isaac Odunayo, in prison for raping a 17-year-old girl to death.

Police First Information Report (FIR) said Odunayo lured the deceased into the hotel and forcefully had carnal knowledge of her till she died.
The prosecutor, Abdullah Sanni, told the court that the suspect was trying to run away 45 minutes after they arrived at the hotel but was apprehended by the hotel’s manager, who called him to pay for the lodging.
“Thereafter, the manager followed Odunayo into the room, where they discovered that the girl was lying unconscious in the pool of her blood.
“During the police interrogation, Odunayo confessed nike ja 1 scratch that he had sex with the girl, which resulted in her bleeding to death, that he’s an internet fraudster,” he said.
The presiding judge, Magistrate Mohammad Dasuki, after considering the submission of the prosecutor, ordered the remand of the suspect and adjourned the case to December 12, 2023.
