Manchester United boss, Erik ten Hag has said the club has quickly moved on from Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Dutchman told MUTV that he is now focused on the future and how to continue to rebuild the club.
Asked how he had managed the situation, Ten Hag said, “He’s gone and it’s the past. We are now looking forward and we’re looking to the future.”
Ronaldo’s contract with Manchester United was terminated after he granted an explosive interview to popular British journalist, Piers Morgan.
Ten Hag came in for particular criticism from the 37-year-old, who accused the former Ajax manager of not respecting him.
