Socialite Cubana Chief Priest has filed a lawsuit in Kenya against Hellen Mutimu, the woman who claims he fathered her child.

The dispute began in January when Mutimu alleged she had a brief romantic encounter with the nightlife promoter in Lagos in April 2022, which led to a pregnancy.

She claimed to have tried reaching him after giving birth, but said he blocked her and ignored repeated calls for a paternity test.

Cubana denied the allegations, describing them as baseless.

A recent Facebook post by DPA Family Clinic, believed to be representing him, revealed court documents showing Cubana as the applicant in a Kenyan case.

The documents indicate he is seeking an injunction to stop Mutimu from sharing alleged defamatory content about him online during the ongoing legal process.

The court document read in part, “Pending the hearing and determination of this application, this Honourable Court be pleased to issue an interim order of injunction restraining the Defendant/Respondent… from publishing, uploading, sharing, or disseminating in any form or manner, defamatory content against the Plaintiff/Applicant.”

In reaction, Mutimu went live on Instagram, stating she would not stop calling out Cubana until he agrees to a DNA test.

She accused him of causing her emotional trauma and homelessness, claiming he blocked individuals who wanted to support her.

Mutimu added, “You think suing me will stop me? Pascal, you should be in jail. I begged you to prove me wrong if I was lying, and you ignored me.”

She insisted she has evidence of their private conversations and warned that no lawsuit would silence her.

“This is not Nigeria; this is Kenya. I didn’t defame you. I asked for a paternity test, and you refused. You made me suffer, and I’ll keep speaking out until you come for the test,” she said.
