Davido Shades Wizkid Over Awards
The Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) dedicated to celebrate musical artistes for their contribution to the industry was held on Sunday 12th November.
Wizkid took home the highest number of awards, displacing his long time contemporary Davido. This has increased the none ending rivalry between the two.
Meanwhile, Davido won MTV Best Worldwide Act far away in London, the DMW Boss was lucky not to have been at the AFRIMA awards night, as he would have hidden his face in shame due to the 3 awards bagged by his worst competition Wizkid.
However Davido went online to thanks fans for their support asking “that one to keep his awards”. It is obvious this was for Wizkid and we trust that Daddy Yo who won the MTV Best Worldwide Act years ago to fire back his frog voiced rival.
