Do Not Mock Us – Catholic Conference Slams Trump For Sharing AI Photo Dressed As Pope
The New York State Catholic Conference has slammed the United States President, Donald Trump for sharing an AI photo of him dressed as Pope.
OSUN DEFENDER reports that Trump on Saturday, shared the AI-generated image on
his official Truth Social account.
The viral photo has generated a lot of controversies, with the Christian faithful, particularly the Catholics, bashing Trump for the action.
Reacting to the viral photo, the Catholic Conference, in a post on its official X handle, said there is nothing funny about the image.
They lamented why such an image should be shared at a period Pope Francis was buried and a new Pope is being awaited.
The post reads, “There is nothing clever or funny about this image, Mr. President.
“We just buried our beloved Pope Francis and the cardinals are about to enter a solemn conclave to elect a new successor of St. Peter. Do not mock us”.
