Popular music producer and Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy, has once again shown his benevolence by gifting a Twitter user, Popoola Ajoke Abidemi, a whopping sum of six million naira after a casual online interaction.
OSUN DEFENDER reports that it all started when a user, Mr Whyte, tweeted, “Tag one celebrity to send you 1 million, you fit dey lucky.”
Responding swiftly, @PopoolaJoke4 tagged Don Jazzy, expressing how she always dreamt about him.
“Make I tag @DONJAZZY I dey always dream about him. Happy new month sir,” she tweeted.
Moments later, Don Jazzy responded with the words “Akant namba,” asking for her account number. What followed stunned social media users. The music mogul transferred one million naira to her GTBank account with the reference: “FROM AJEREH, MICHAEL COLLINS TO ADEYEMI AJOKE ABIDEMI.”
In a heartfelt tweet, the beneficiary wrote, “Jesu… this is huge. Thank you so much for your incredible generosity @DONJAZZY. Receiving 1 million naira is beyond anything I expected… God bless you abundantly sir.”
As the buzz grew, Don Jazzy jumped into the fray and added a further five million naira to her account, bringing the total amount received to six million naira.
He tweeted, “Amen ooo. That your Akant balance is not healthy. I don add another 5 million. More blessings ma.”
However, Ajoke shared a screenshot of her updated savings account balance—₦6,000,067.2 with a long message of appreciation to Don Jazzy, praying fervently for him and those who extended kindness her way.
