Ede North Area Council Grades Alabiye Community Road

The people of Alabiye Community, Owode Ede have now heaved a sigh of relief over the deplorable condition of their road, as the administration of the Executive Secretary, Ede North Area Council, Hon. Mukaila Uthman has graded the road.

According to a statement personally signed by the council boss, this clarification came following the news going viral that some ‘promise and fail politicians’ are claiming to be the brain behind the grading of the road.

The statement noted that residents of the area have been battling with the bad road over the years to the extent that it became difficult for even bicycle to ply the roads, until the intervention of the Uthman-led administration which has now made the road motorable.

The statement read: “Our attention has been drawn to the news going viral that some promise and fail politicians are claiming to be the brain behind the grading of the road. We wish to inform the general public that they have no connection with the ongoing development in Owode Ede and its environs under the umbrella of Ede North Area Council.

“The road was graded by The Executive Secretary Ede North Area Council, Hon. Mukaila Uthman Beile to ease the pain and stress of the people plying the road”.

The council boss who assured the people of Owode Ede and its environs that his administration would continue to strive for the betterment of the Area Council said, “We shall continue to deliver and making our people happy by giving to them, the dividend of democracy”.
