Ejigbo LG Installs 300KVA For Community

The administration of Hon. Gbenga Ayegbayo in Ejigbo Local Government Area, State of Osun, has purchased and installed a brand new 300KVA Transformer at Worgor Area, Oke-Itunu, Ward One of the Local Government.

This is just as the administration has given the dilapidated famous Ode-Bara Open Market Stalls a face lift, with a view to boosting the commercial activities in the area, a development that has now given traders opportunity to transact business without any hitch.

According to a statement by the council’s Information Officer, the new transformer was purchased to replace the old 100KVA which was not functioning for quite an age, saying, with the new and more powerful transformer, the people of the area are experiencing a new lease of life.

Speaking on the development, Ayegbayo assured the people of Ejigbo Local Government that more dividends of democracy would be brought to their doorsteps.

The council boss equally canvassed for more supports and cooperation for the All Progressives Congress (APC)-led government at both the state and local levels, saying one major way through which the dividends of democracy can be felt further is to massively vote for the candidate of the APC in the forthcoming gubernatorial election in the state.

The Council Manager, Builder M.O. Tijani said the action was part of the fulfillment of the electioneering campaign of Hon. Ayegbayo to the people of the council area.

Also, the duo of Engr. O.S. Tinubu, HOD Works and Transport and Mrs. S.B. Adeyemo, HOD Social Development and Information, commended the administration for its commitment to making lives better for the people, as they enjoined the beneficiaries to see the projects as their belongings and take good care of them to ensure adequate sustainability.
