Paul Omotoso, the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Ekiti State, is dead.
It was gathered that he died in the early hours of Wednesday after a brief illness.
A source, who said that Omotoso was present in the office on Tuesday, stated that he departed in the evening.
The source said that mentioned that he expressed feeling feverish in the evening.
A top official of Ekiti State Government, who confirmed the incident, said, “Yes, the APC State chairman is dead. We will pay a visit to his family this morning.”
It would be recalled that Omotoso was kidnapped last year but regained freedom few days later.
